Was clean and comfortable and breakfast was offered

The pool wasn’t in operation which was the reason for our stay and weren’t offered any compensation for such

The location is convenient. The free breakfast was great.

The Booking.com website stated that the pool would be open on 2/29. It was not. This was one of the deciding factors. When I asked about the pool the next morning, the clerk at the desk informed me that the clerk that checked me in the night before should have given me the option to cancel my reservation. It was much too late for that. The hotel had the responsibility to keep the website updated regarding the status of the pool. It was quite obvious that the pool was no where near ready for guests.

They over charged me multiple times and lied about refunding my money

A little noisy on first floor early in the morning when staying down end by dining room.

Everything was ok only upset I didn’t get the 2pm Rewards member checkout like I should if since I’m a member

Staff, breakfast options, clean!!, pool! Everything was wonderful. Will book again.

Room was big and very clean, beds very comfortable

The AC was bothering it was on automaic, but it was working nonstop ! We tried a lot but eventually slept with jackets ! We got there around 12 at night, so we couldn't bother the receptionist
