The pool was horrible extremely dirty for 2 days it was the same

Embassy has always been good at providing an improved breakfast option as a hotel. They make made to order omelets at this place, hot cakes, and the rest of the food is much better than most hotel chains. Beds were very comfortable, and the rooms are quiet (didn't really hear anyone else above or beside us).

The hotel allows pets, which doesn't bother me, but I almost stepped in some dog poop in the hallway by the elevator. Owners need to be more responsible, it's things like this that make others irritated towards them and their pets (no fault of the pet). The eating area was crowded, it needs to be set up to flow better, nobody knew where to go, no designated lines.

I love ❤️ how friendly the staff was from the desk clerk to the kitchen staff everyone was extremely polite and friendly. The room was extremely clean and very inviting I will only stay here whenever I travel to Houston. I am a customer for life the breakfast was a 10+ great the amenities was phenomenal
