Clean and convenient.
The beds were small and so was the bathroom. Just a few carts for luggage so we had to haul all our things ourselves.

The outside street and highway noise was louder than previously remembered but it might have been the location.

Lobby was nice, gym was nice.
Blankets on the bed were literally sheets, no comforter. No water pressure in the bathroom, couldn’t give my kids a bath because it was so low. After laying down in bed the first night I looked over and a baby coach roach was crawling on the pillow. Bottom half of hotel is nice, top needs upgrades

Everything was so beautiful and well put together. Everything was where it was supposed to be, there was never a question of who, what, when, where or how. The place ran so smooth, I don’t think I ever seen any staff.

room was dirty and much older than the lobby represented. Disappointed and the food was terrible and expensive!!

The staff was friendly.
The room smelled of cigarette smoke, the air conditioning was loud. There were no working ice machines on the floor. The bed covering was pathetic. The hallways are dark, the upkeep on this hotel is horrible. I would not recommend to anyone.

The staff and location were great. There were things to do around the area. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The resturants also had good food and drinks. The best part was the koi pond with all the very pretty fish. They give you food to feed the fish 🙂🙂🙂.

Great location for easy Houston travel and initial inspection of the hotel was nice if not a bit worn out.
Staff took a couple of our personal belongings by accident and were exceptionally loud in the hallways, the pool was dirty, and the mini fridge was locked to 55 degrees. I was not impressed based off of the advertised luxury.

the property was great. there was a beauty pageant going on in the ballrooms downstairs so the hotel happened to be full of kids lol. the pool is next to a creek so there were lots of bugs nearby. didnt swim tho so idc. no bug anywhere inside. i would skip the onsite cafe and get your morning or midday brew elsewhere. the koi fish was a fun experience. would stay again!

Wonderful place to stay. And.
My wife complain that they’re creamer and wasn’t very good and then left a washcloth in the sink under running water, and it turned brown from the rusty water! So much for using the water for shower or brushing teeth.

I liked the openness of the hotel and the koi pond in the lobby. The food in the cafe was excellent.
The room fridge doesn't really keep things cold and I didn't think the quality of the coffee in the room or downstairs in the coffee/snack bar was very good.

I really liked the lobby area.
I did not like the bathroom as it seemed like the water from the shower was salt water and I did not like the parking.
