Breakfast was delicious with nice variety. The location was perfect since our visit was on that side of town. Bath towels very plush and clean.

The large pool could have been warmer and there were no pool towels available.

Rooms are spacious, clean and updated. Pool area is nice. Love the extra large hot tub for groups. Will stay here again if in the area.

I made a last minute reservation at 1:00 AM and when I arrived at 2:15 there was someone at the front desk waiting to greet me. She was friendly and I checked in promptly to a clean, comfortable room on an upper level as I requested in my notes. Even though I was only staying till early morning the concierge let me know about the amenities and breakfast. I can not believe what a great deal I got on the stay. Thank you!!!

Tried repeatedly to transfer reservation to south location, by phone — no one answered the phone (4 calls) Sent an email, no response, yet was billed for north location as well as south location. North location was not an option for us.

The business center was a great place to work while I was staying at the hotel. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make everyone feel safe during the winter weather advisories.

Our first room had a broken heating/air unit. We were immediately moved to another room, which was great, but this could've been avoided. Also, the coffee cubby in the bathroom is a little weird.

The pool was on the colder side and had way to much chlorine, it wasn't very peaceful and quiet at night when trying to sleep heard a lot of stomping and things being dropped above us or in the hallways, the temperature of the room was hard to control it was either to hot but then it got to cold and the heater was only on one side of the room for how big our room was, the breakfast staff was hard to communicate with since they didn't speak good English, the breakfast could use better options like have an option of turkey or pork sausage or give the option of bacon, the orange juice was very watery and didn't taste like orange juice

Room size was great. Shuttle driver was very nice and got us where we needed to be.

The food that should have been hot or even warm for breakfast was cold and unbeatable in our opinion. We were at breakfast by 7 in the morning and both days it was not good. Our shower made a high pitched screaming sound while on. Snow on side walks was not cleaned in the evening starting around 6pm until the next day staff came in. When I had an appointment to be at, I had to walk up sidewalk and steps through deep snow to get to our car. This was at 7am. I asked the desk gal if they had a company hired for snow removal at 9pm the night prior, she stated she didn’t know and that she was not about to go scoop any snow. A company should be hired for situations like this so guests can safely walk on that property.

Great location and value for money

This hotel is very convenient to Highway, close to food and fuel. Ample and well-lit parking, reception was kind and welcoming. Elevators were a bit slow, but not horrible. The common areas and our room were all very pleasant and clean. Our room was quiet, bathroom a bit worn but comfortable. The AC ran all night but was not disruptive. The breakfast area was well stocked and clean, a good variety of choices to pick from. The pool area was also clean and hot tub was nice (located on 2nd floor). Family friendly location, we stayed one night but would use again if needed.
