Great staff, reasonable, good location, and breakfast.

Beds were comfy and the person at the desk was friendly and got us into our room in a timely manner.

There was a few cosmetic damages that were done before we got there. As far as I could tell the devices still worked. Except the wall plug in didn't work for my phone.

Room and facilities were clean, great breakfast choices (loved the everything bagels!), very helpful and kind staff. Everything worked. We got a good nights sleep. It was a great value!

This is a personal preference: I prefer a thicker blanket/cover on a bed rather than multiple thin blankets/sheets, but the heater in the room worked well and kept us warm. There were only 2 small pillows on the bed, but the staff was very kind and brought us two extra pillows.

Everything about this place was perfectly suited. The man at the desk was genuine, providing great info for a bite to eat (it was outstanding), the room with a comfy queen bed, tables on each side, and a comfy reading chair while my husband watched a key football game, clean as possible, and more than worth the price. Gratefulfor the reviews, which brought us here, cross country from Minnesota to California. 10/10 rating!

Check in and check out was easy and fast. Room was good sized, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. We were in Lincoln for a basketball game so the location was perfect. We've stayed here several times and the value is very good.

I can't say the bed was uncomfortable, just a little too firm for me

Booked a suite, but heat didn't work. After an hour wait they gave us another suite, but again heat didn't work. Both rooms were 59 degrees. Then they gave us another smaller, cheaper room with heat, but refused to refund room rate difference.

It was very clean and the beds comfortable. I liked that the soap and shampoo was in environmentally favorable dispensers instead of little plastic bottles. I wish they would add a conditioner dispenser. I appreciated the refrigerator being in the room.

Speaking about being environmentally friendly I think they should replace the foam coffee cups with paper. The addition of hard boiled eggs or yogurt would be nice at breakfast but the low price made up for the omission and the waffles were very good.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The location and price were very good as well.

The bed at times was hard to sleep on. It was very firm and not something I am used to, but besides that everything else was good!

Breakfast was basic continental. The room, though, was fabulous! We booked only an hour or so before arrival, and they were welcoming, accommodating, and so kind! Would definitely recommend.
