The hot water

The smell,the floor was dirty there was cracks in the floor toilet seat was dirty shower was dirty just all around bad shouldn't be 75 a night smfh but it was emergency and other rooms where booked in that price range very sad its 8am im already out of there and i checked in at like 1am just sad

The location of the room, the parking, the staff wasn’t too friendly. The tv did not work the entire time. Wouldn’t go back.

The hot water was on point. Bathroom was clean. Plenty of towels. Wasn't noisy. Great location.

The mattress wasn't comfortable. The sheets and pillow cases were scratchy. The remote was for the wrong tv or the batteries weren't fresh. Husband said he saw the front desk assistant put batteries in the remote, but it still didn't work. The fridge made weird noises all night and the freezer would freeze at one point and then ice would melt. The ac didn't work correctly. We had to end up putting it on "fan".
