Customer service was awful. I arrived around 1 am at the hotel and there was a lot of noise in my hotel room. The floor was even shaking, as if there was something wrong with the AC on the lower floor. I went to the frontdesk because it was impossible to sleep in the room. They came to check to room and confirmed the noise. Unfortunately they were not able to give me another room so I had to stay in that room for the night. I didn't sleep for a minute and had a headache the next morning. They told me to see the manager about a refund in the morning but she wasn't there. I had to catch my flight at noon but they promised me the manager would contact me by e-mail. 5 days later I still haven't heard from the manager. I sent them many e-mails and also Booking.com is trying to reach them but they're not answering. For more than 10 years I've been a loyal customer of Booking.com and never have I experienced a customer service this bad. Don't book here. They charge a lot for 1 night and then you get a room in which you can't sleep.

Very clean, the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the happy hour and piano music.

Location and free parking, room was clean. Check-in time had live music and free drinks. Wish they also offered non- alcoholic drinks.

Pool needed cleaning and the waterfall wasn’t working. The shower/tub didn’t drain. The breakfast was minimal.

Doors were filthy, carpet was old and filthy, couch and chairs were very old and smelled. The beds were old and uncomfortable. Walls are paper thin. Noise through the halls all night. Worst place we’ve ever stayed at.

Location is great allowing many dining options. The rooms are clean, pool and hot tub are great. The front end staff (Ms. Diamond) demonstrates genuine exceptional customer service skills- an Angel. She facilitated a wonderful stay. Thank you. Definitely will rebook when returning to Henderson.

Breakfast was good. I saw that the staff on Breakfast detail was a very hard worker and very friendly. Also the check-in clerk was also very friendly.
