The room had a great space, the internet access was great to work, the place looked in great conditions and the location of the hotel is really centric.

I think the breakfast could have more options, it´s a little bit limited. And the coffee was not the best.

The breakfast was satisfactory. One of the toasters was broken and never repaired.

The area had quite a few homeless often asking for money. The hotel ran out of toilet paper probably because of the holiday weekend but was rectified before panic situation. Many suites were affected.

The room was decent, but the air unit was so loud and the bathroom was tiny.

We literally got woke up at 2 am to people breaking into guest cars in the parking lot. Not to mention you have to pay to park in the parking lot which isn’t disclosed when booking. So when we thought we would only be paying $261 we ended up paying $311 to not even feel safe or get a good nights sleep.

Walking distance to our venue. The breakfast was great! All the staff were very nice.

The bathroom did not have enough counter space. Loud people outside in the wee hours, did not enjoy being on the ground floor.

Room was okey and big, on High floor, Breakfast was good but eating place was so small and everyone waiting for table.

Staff was not friendly, and same with breakfast eating place is very small and Guest need to wait for empty table etc. They charged and hold lot of money as security deposit which will refund back to me card after 17 days of checkout, due to this worst hotel policy, me faced my card limit issue during traveling. and when me asked for invoice, they said it will be email you, which they never emailed me and then i contacted them again for invoice and got it.

The bathroom was too small, absolutely not enough room to maneuver, luckily I am a small person. It needs a major upgrade.

The bathroom area was quite small which made it difficult to change in.

The staff was absolutely outstanding!! Very helpful and had the answer to any questions you may need getting around Atlanta. Breakfast was good, it was easy to navigate the hotel, and room keeping does a great job. Thanks Hyatt place.

It's expected when you visit a big city, It's right next to a park area that you cannot get by without 1-3 people asking for money. Not the hotels fault but definitely very off putting walking through there.

location was very central for our needs. We enjoyed restaurants in the area and did an Atlanta bus tour which was great and the pick up/drop off location was very close to the hotel Room was very comfortable

When we turned the heat up the vent was very loud so I didn't sleep the 1st night. We figured out how to turn the fan off and it was much quieter the following night.

Super clean, great breakfast, nicely decorated rooms, comfortable bed, nice bathrooms, nicely decorated in general. Nice spacious room with big shower. Staff was excellent, very helpful and kind, no rude person at all. Also close to a lot of hotspots.

Water shut off for 3 hours for maintenance and there was no hot water later that night for shower, but our parking fee got refunded due to this, staff was very helpful and accommodating. The good tremendously outweighed the this hiccup.

Breakfast was excellent. We had lots of choices.
