Very friendly staff. The location is good, right off of 400. Quiet area. Comfortable bed.
A little bit dated, if that sort of thing bothers you, but everything was comfortable and in good shape.

The location was ideal for us.
We found ants on our bed. We were moved to a different rooms and the beddings were dirty and had stains.

World’s slowest elevator. Not the cleanest place I have been. Breakfast was less than great.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good.
I’m really not that picky but I would not recommend this hotel. There was a person sleeping on the bench outside the front door when we checked in at 1 am. If I had been on my own, that would have been very unsettling. There was smoke odor in the hallways and people smoking in the stairwell. The bed was ok. Sheets were kind of scratchy. The finish in our bathtub was literally peeling off.

The air conditioner leaked and carpet was wet. Also, towels thread bare, sofa very worn.

The main manager - I believe his name is Sohan - was outstanding, very competent, nice, and equally courteous to everyone.

The staff was so friendly. The manager was extremely helpful and grace/giving in resolving a difficult, vexing situation.

The breakfast was good, there was only one day that the pancake machine was empty.
I kept having problems with my room key. I had it reset twice and then just gave up.

I like having access to a hot tub. I liked the comfort of the bedding.
The elevator was aggravating to work. It was delayed in closing the door and it a while to get to the next floor.

Nothing at all about it. It seemed friendly at first. We were just staying for the night due to working late. And we regretted it the entire time.
The vibe was very off in the place, the front desk clerk for the night was very strange. Walked up very quickly behind me as I was head out, towards my car and then again coming back in. It scared me to the point where the second time I stood and faced him - making eye contact the entire time holding my small pocket knife. I hurried back to my room, and locked all the locks. Just to hear not even 30 minutes later someone use the key pad and try and open the door slowly!!!!!!! If it hadn’t been for the metal flip locks who knows what would have happened to us! Very creepy, very bad environment. Wouldn’t recommend.

Safe area with shops and restaurants in a 5 minute drive. Not a fancy hotel but I had a restful night. Excellent reception at check-in. Very good Indian restaurant next door.
Stairway carpet needs to be replaced! Hot breakfast food was not hot. Messy coffee bar with splatters and trash bin overflowing.
