Very clean, decent, I feel comfortable here.

I like everything so far!

I liked the updated furnishings and appliances very well done and I liked the whole set up and quick in and out and daily room service .. everything was clean as should be and very quick to get you anything you may or may not need :) very delightful and the prices for the rooms are a bit pricey but worth it for sure.

The front desk women patty is very rude to my wife that made us both pretty uncomfortable: although my wife understood her very unappealing attitude tworeds her my wife said she has seen patty with her young child at work with her most days which made my wife forgive the mother for doing what she is she wants to say she's so proud of you patty BTW she thinks you are absolutely amazing definitely a super mom she said! Keep up your good motherhood ways soon life with get a bit more smoother for you... she said she's happy to say she looks up to a women of your kinda strong smart and beautiful always but the good attitude would of made you perfect in her eyes and mine too. Maybe next time... thank you all.

When we came in there was a live roach on the floor.

Staff and the location..

it was too much noise from the other rooms. Sound like kids were jumping and running until late hours of the night. One night someone was trying to get in to my room, apparently he had the wrong room. That is not good. It could create a bad situation for me and the hotel..My wife wanted to leave, she was scare..

Pool and breakfast were the ONLY thing enjoyable!

Bed sheets were VERY dirty, STAINED! I had to go get new sheets...only sheets! Mini fridge had food in it. Shower was in very bad shape....I slipped while showering! With the quality of this hotel people should get a refund when in these conditions!

To my stay everything was good.

Air conditioner worked, fridge was convenient, window covering was perfect for privacy and keeping light out.

Outlet didn't work by sink, so no hair dryer. Iron was missing but it didn't matter without the outlet working. Bathtub had cigarette burns all over it. Toilet was loose and rocking on the floor. Main door had a big gap in the bottom that let bugs and heat inside. Both chairs were stained and absolutely filthy. Keys stopped working a couple times. Vanity light was dim, all other lights were super bright. Missing smoke detector, just a big gaping hole in the ceiling with wires sticking out. Refrigerator was gross, obviously not cleaned regularly.
