Location was within walking distance of central austin. Staff very efficient and friendly. Loved how safe the hotel was. Room was spacious, clean and equipped with all that is needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast had a very good selection of hot and cold buffet foods. Pool and hot tub very relaxing within nice setting. Overall was a lovely place to stay. Thanks.

Can't think of anything that needed improvement

Very conveniently located to down town. Free parking which was the biggest selling point. The front desk staff were all so friendly. I forgot my phone charger in my room and called and they were able to locate it and get it back to me. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The new restaurant that opened up was also very nice and convenient.

I love everything in it, the music theme, the patio,It was a maze but it was a-maze-ing experience, I will be coming back, I really loved, plus i slept really well throughout the week.

I loved everything but I left a note on the table asking for more soap and a change of sheets/towels. I still enjoyed the experience and was content with my stay there.

Absolutely the most helpful staff in Austin. Comfortable beds and great breakfast and facilities.

If the breakfast hours could be extended to 10am during the weekdays, it would be fantastic.
