I thought the front desk staff was welcoming. My room was very well outfitted. Quiet hotel considering the location. I cannot wait to go back honestly.

We definitely enjoyed the location for shopping and dining. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the Cap City Comedy club in the Domain. We enjoyed our breakfast dining experience. The staff at the American grill were very open and cheerful and didn't have any problems to making changes go the menu.
I'm a dog lover, however, its a upscale hotel and viewing dogs relieving themselves on the property was something people might not like viewing. Perhaps the construction of a dog park should be addressed.

We could not rest and sleep over the entire night because the Central Air - Handling / Air- Conditioning / Fresh Air Units were installed on the Terrace ( Roof of the 1st Floor ) few feet away from the widow of our Room and was disturbing noises ( I have taken some videos which proves my claim) . Also, , at 7:00 AM drilling noise ( most probably from the ongoing renovations ) added to our over night restless and discomforts. At the Check - Out Time ( 9:30 AM ) , I made a verbal complaint , and I was told that these rooms are usually the last ones to be rented . But , I told them that I did the Room Reservation much earlier , and we Checked in around 3:30 PM ( Only 30 minutes after the Allowable Check-In Time .Then , there were speechless , and offered to give a little discount which I refused , but after reaching Houston , I noticed a discount of USD 75 was given which I still refuse to accept as a proper compensation since our restless and discomforts can not be compensated even if they propose to make the Room + Breakfast free of cost .
This was one of the worst experience we ever had with any reputed Hotel Chain such as Westin , and they must be penalized for the breach of the basic hotel gust rights which is to provide a comfortable and noiseless environment and specifically at night .
I am awaiting to hear back from Booking . Com / Westin with some type of an acceptable compensation for this unacceptable behavior of the Hotel Management Team .

The Westin is right in the heart of all things at The Domain. You can easily walk to every restaurant and/or store. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

The floor we were on was a little loud however I believe some one may have been having a birthday celebration there. Other than that it was clean as usual and everyone was so kind and helpful. One of my favorite places to say
