Good breakfast for a hotel lots of choices.

For a better hotel, the toilet paper was awful very thin. Was too far away from Charleston, bad traffic getting there.

I experienced extreme difficulty due to having a service animal. I was regularly given the wrong information and was told I couldn’t leave the dog in the room for even one moment, until my last day at the location.

The staff, breakfast, and the pool were great. Great location close to downtown. we traveled with a service animal with no problems. they were great about locating and shipping a valuable item left in the room.

Breakfast was excellent...Margaret did a outstanding job..

I loved Stephanie at the front desk. She was everything and more. There was also another lady but I can't remember her name. Also the lady that made breakfast(she was a doll).

The caucasian lady that worked the desk 2nd shift... when asked a question, she was very snobbish....

The facilities were extremely clean and well kept. Breakfast was exceptional. The staff was pleasant and very helpful.

Room was clean and the cleaning lady was nice

Hotel was dusty and dirty they were doing construction in the lobby and breakfast areas of the whole first floor of the hotel. It was noisy and dirty, hard to breathe. There was Drag racing in front of hotel all night long. had to take breakfast up to room and eat. We left a day early, but they still charged us for 3 nights although we left, after 2 nights of no sleep and noise were next to elevator when I asked if we could have a room away from elevator.

The staff was not very nice and had trouble checking people in. It was also under construction that we were not notified about the construction going on before booking the hotel. Also, the hotel gym closed.

It took 3 phone calls before the front picked up. The bed felt like cardboard and the free breakfast Was awful

I am so appreciative for a wholesome hot breakfast. The rooms were cozy clean and the bed was so comfortable. So much better than expected at the price paid.
