Our room smelt moldy

the room was ok… found a water bug in the room. Had wi-fi but was not given the information to connect.

Close to plenty of stores, restaurants, and Whirlin waters.

We had problems with the TV in the room.

Good location and clean.

Air conditioner was loud.

The staff were all great. The facility was clean.

The only problem we had is there was no custodial service for Saturday.

I liked how it was close to most of the fast food restaurants, & overall it was a very quiet hotel, except for a couple of minor things. The parking for guests was great, because you didn't have to worry about parking too far away from the entrance.

I didn't like the fact that you could hear every single vehicle that was going down the road, & one other guests tv, when the website said it was soundproof. Also, the 2 days we were there, not one time did housekeeping ask if we needed anything.

Parking was in excess & was located right around the heart of North Charleston!

The cleanliness of the room was poor. Found lube from previous folks on nightstand as well as pretzels on floor under desk. The pull-out bed had no kind of sheets/pillows on it or anywhere in the room (more of an inconvenience than anything).
