the breakfast was supposed to be included when I booked with booking.com. When I arrived it was not. The hotel corrected that for me which was excellent of them to do this for me. The breakfast was good.
what could have been better was the first room had pizza in it that was 3 days old. The hotel corrected that immediately with a new room. What else could have been better was the hotel staff knowing how to disengage their own alarm system. Having it going off from 2:50 a.m. till 3.:24 a.m. was not good for my medical condition. The hotel asst. Manager Christopher stated this would be corrected in my accommodation. This is still to be seen.

Location was great and all the restaurants and stores in the area were good.
Parking was horrible due to an event they had the night I checked. So had to parkin the neighboring hotel Embassy suites lot and walk over. My room still had the previous guests bedding on it when checked late. I was brought bedding to change it myself without a real blanket, just a throw. This is all happening during the middle of the night. Early the next morning I requested that the room be thoroughly cleaned, only to come back that afternoon to the same stuff and after numerous calls to the housekeeping manager by the front desk manager. The room was never cleaned that day or my entire stay. It was an awful experience to say the leas and I will never stay at this property again. Nor will my family who had other rooms and experienced the same lack of cleanliness. The housekeeping manager and staff did not live up to my expectations.

The bathroom, dust everywhere, sheets didn't look like they had been changed. we went to get some cleaning supplies off of a room attendant cart and clean the bathroom floor. Smelled like urine

Air conditioner was not working but they fixed it quickly. Pool was to cloudy to swim in .

The fact that I paid extra money for a balcony room… that didn’t even go outside it was still in the building… it was super loud with all the kids in the pool because the pool is not in closed. It was a horrible experience and won’t be going back. Also the fact that you had to pay extra for breakfast that was not all that great.

The room in total was fine. Breakfast was pretty good. The front desk sent me the proper copy of my receipt. Parking was validated after a few questions to the front desk.
The bed caused severe spinal and pelvic issues for both of us. For the expense, I would have guessed there would be a better mattress. The front desk was short and seemed too busy to attend to our interaction.

parking is charged $10 per night, breakfast not included and room provided had a strong odor of smoking which made it really difficult to get a good night’s rest which was the whole point of booking room for night. Hotel representative had difficulty pulling reservation as booking.com messed up last name while transferring info to hotel booking system

My stay was to celebrate New Year 2023 with my 8 year old grandson and my husband. I was impressed with the indoor pool and the rooms having inside balconies. My first encounter was with Front Desk Agent, CORTEZ who was FANTASTIC in greeting me when I arrived to check-in. His personality is just what this establishment needs- Inviting! Also HAILEY in Housekeeping was so awesome and accommodating. My grandson was allergic to the feathered pillows and I called to put in a request for foam-filled and she brought them right up and asked if there was anything else she could do to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. She was a jewel and I hope these two are recognized in a very Special way.
My grandson needed to take a shower after his swim and the tub was dirty plus the faucet was broken, it would not turn in either direction to turn the shower on. I called down to have Engineering dispatched and a gentleman came thirty minutes later. He tried to turn the knob and it didn’t budge, so he finally disassembled the piece and discovered it had a broken piece in it. He had the new part in a plastic package and repaired the faucet.
