There was nothing left or none to begin with, idk which.
It smelled like smoke in the hallway and our room, I thought I had booked us in a motel 6.

They have no pet rooms available thus couldn’t give me room said booking had to cancel and will refund. Booking didn’t cancel this is on both of you

The room. We were VERY uncomfortable and the rooms didn't look like the pictures. The walls had random unidentified stuff on it and it was like a extended stay I had NEVER stayed at.

LOCATION AND PRICE
THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND NOT AT ALL PERSONABLE.

the Lights worked
Double Charged me for the room, I explained the situation to staff and showed proof and staff didn’t seem to care “I don’t know what to tell you we’ve only charged you once” was the response I received. The toilet doesn’t function properly, had to retrieve THE ONLY PLUNGER from the front desk wrapped in a plastic bag, towels and Shower area very dingy (brownish/orange color), THEY HAVE BUGS (Cockroaches), air smells very stale/like cigarettes, they have 2 old elevators so getting on/ off is a hassle because of how small they are, THE ENTIRE HOTEL IS OUT DATED, our closet consisted of a pull curtain No doors, our view consisted of scattered debris and hearing ppl cough due to the smoke area being part of our view, interior design is very poor, had a little trouble getting in after hours due to the keycard malfunctioning, lights were off at the front desk and no receptionist present. “BREAKFAST” consisted of a Mini muffin or Oats Bar and weak coffee, it’s also set up on a table in the hallway next to other guests room door (there is no dining/lounge area) NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY HOTEL, WOULD BOT RECOMMEND. definitely for EXTENDED STAYS, most guests Live there. PRICE is too High for the quality.

Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming! And very clean room.
We were placed very near the front desk and people in the hallway were loud; especially in the morning maintenance workers(?) sat outside our door talking loudly about politics. They woke us up.

The staff was nice
The fact the upgrade was small and a handicap room definitely .When I booked they asked would I like an upgrade I did and I thought it was a great deal But to see there was no tub and one of the Ladies picked this room cause I had a small dog and the floors was hard wood. I asked if it was an upgrade and the other lady said there's no upgrade all the rooms where the same . And to get there and see it was handicap was upsetting. I didn't complain I thought there was no other choice and other place where booked

Location of hotel is easy to find.
It would’ve been better for the Items used in the kitchen were actually in the kitchen. Instead of having to go down to the front desk to ask for them. As well as ice. If there was an ice station or something in the hallway, that would’ve been better as well. The bed was okay, just a little too rough and firm for me so it was a little difficult to get comfortable but I managed.

Absolutely nothing.
This hotel was terrifying. There was a man so high on drugs outside on the sidewalk. The actually hotel was dirty. The room was stocked with nothing - you had to ask the front desk for everything (I’m guessing because people steal it). A man on the elevator insisted on knowing which room my teenager daughter and I were staying in. We were so scared so after 2 hours we packed up and left. The hotel is refusing to refund our money and they refused to check us out when we left so we’re stuck paying for a room we didn’t use. It’s unbelievable. I called three times and begged them to just check us out of our room and the refused saying they would have to “do an investigation”. I’ve never been so mistreated.

On site laundry was good, staff were very nice and helpful, and I would stay there again, but not with small kids.
Overall it was a good experience. The "breakfast" was ehh, but in their defense they do describe it as continental breakfast, so there was coffee, muffins, and granola bars.

nothing this was the worst experience ever and I don’t normally do review but people need to know what they are paying for.
bugs, spiders, ants, no breakfast not even coffee was refilled. dirty towels and bed sheets. old very old hotel

I liked the price for the area
There's a lot of Marijuana use and the night staff was awful.
