The location. The price actually went up from the fee I paid. they have an additional $20 convenience fee.

Regarding the service, When we arrived the front desk person acted as if we were bothering her. and was not helpful with accommodating . We asked for an early check in and she said it would be 50$ even though the cleaning crew had not even started cleaning the rooms so their would not actually be a room available had we accepted the 50$ fee. The in window residential heating and cooling unit was void of any control it was either on or off. The shower still had used bar soap on the floor. The carpet looked to only be stained in color so yes it matched but it was gross.

Walking distance to downtown sights.

Found trash can full of drywall and pieces of drywall on bathroom floor. Bed spread had little bit of blood on it. Front desk clerk said he would handle both. Never did take care of over three days.

We had a 4 AM Amtrak departure, so this was an extremely convient location. The room price was a little expensive for the room, but it was clean and the train station was only a few blocks away.

Coffee pot was Filthy. Extension cord on the floor not safe no virus gonna shower not. Safe? Safe. No dresser in the room that's what it was just a room

The only positive to this place is it's downtown location, but it's still not worth this one pro.

Ultra thin walls, you can hear everything several rooms away. The WiFi barely worked, and disconnected all the time. The parking is too tight and awkward for modern bigger vehicles. Really close to the train tracks and trains run through all night long. You get what you pay for here, and being the cheapest place in Flagstaff... I'd recommend paying a little more and staying somewhere else!

The price was very affordable, especially for a room so close to all of the downtown Flagstaff action! The staff was kind and helpful. It was helpful to have a fridge and microwave in the room.

The parking lot was cramped and dangerous, with too few parking spaces for all of the rooms. It was difficult to navigate the parking lot without hitting other cars, especially when there are pickup trucks in the lot. Even pulling into the lot, you had to be careful to weave tightly between cars in order to get in. The parking lot was also so cramped that it was hard to access the hallway corridors to get into the rooms (also, wheelchair accessibility is lacking!). As for the rooms -- the room was fairly clean, but cramped. The bathroom would be difficult for some people who use mobility aids.
