My daughter got in late after a drive from Nashville and the sheets were dirty and bed was smaller than a queen size I paid for.

Nothing really to complain about. I meant to try the pool and hot tub but never had the chance. The night I came down I didn’t sleep so I just passed out as soon as I got there. But obviously not your fault haha

poor service, one front desk person was rude, room was not cleaned nor towels changed even though there was no DND on the door when we went out of the hotel. Had to request clean towels when we returned to the hotel. enjoyed the pool though.

The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable as were the pillows. The bathroom lighting is good and water pressure in the shower was great.

As soon as we walked into the room it reeked of cigarette. We were assigned a room with an adjoining door. I could hear the person in the next room who was coughing all evening and ALL NIGHT LONG. In the shower, the shower curtain does not fully close so there was water on the floor and the vent cannot keep up with the steam. The bathroom floor, walls, counter tops are very wet and the mirror is fogged up. Please re-evaluate your shower curtains and vent.

Room, value, most of the staff. In fact, I loved it.

The unpleasant and unconcerned "waitress" at breakfast.

Breakfast was tasteful and pool benefiting. Friendly staff!
