personne pour vous accueillir quand vous arrivez entrée ridicule comparée aux autres hotels de LV vous devez ensuite passer au 3ième étage par un petit couloir suite d'angle mal organisée, parquet abimé, pas de peignoir piscine minuscule avec un environnement indigne d'un 5 étoiles, avec impossibilité de boire quoi que ce soit avant 11.00, ni eau ni café !!, avec coussins de bains de soleil sales et tachés !! petit déjeuner très décevant, avec jus d'orange concentré et choix de plats ridicule

Loved the quality of the robe and the bathroom products.

The hotel smelled bad. The room was not as nice as the lobby. Slightly dated, was hoping for more.

The breakfast was extremely bad value for money.

The high tea and room service were amazing! I loved the shower and tub. The pool was also fantastic.

There was a lot of extra resort fees adn room service fees I didn't expect

Staff was extremely rude. Daily hold charge on the card was extremely ambiguous but the staff was too rude to explain. Horrible experience and totally spoilt the WA brand

Got upgrade w/o asking. Incredible suite.

In the suite there were no dishes, glasses or silverware in the kitchen. Expected at least a few glasses to enjoy the minibar. The room decoration was a bit dusty. Granted, there's a lot to do when dusting.
