It was an ideal location for the meeting I needed to attend.

I am a Holiday Inn Vacation Club member. We had the exact same room on a stay a little over one year ago paid for with our owner points. This time I was told there were no rooms available thru the vacation club. Strangely enough I was able to book a room by way of Booking.com for the 3 nite stay for a pricey $230/night. I plan to take the complaint up with the Vacation Club. So, for the price we were disappointed to find no hand/bath soap, no towels, and a small water leak under the sink in the room we were given. I really expect greater attention to detail when paying a price that high.

Very clean, roomy and comfortable and a nice pool too

It was hard to find the registration location for the Holiday Inn at the Geneva resort . Street Signs were hard to find and read which initially made finding the Holiday Inn difficult

No I was expecting more entertainment. Drove to Lake Geneva for shopping.

Our internet was down. My telephone was inoperable.

The cleanliness of the facility and friendliness of the staff. There was someone readily available when we needed assistance.

We stayed in a villa kitchenette suite so the door entrance was affixed the bedroom. My opinion it should be off the kitchen/ sitting area.

The property is truly beautiful my family had a wonderful time

The whole experience was met by friendly staff and a clean, classy environment. Being a short stay, we weren’t able to enjoy as much as the hotel had to offer.
