The bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet. We had no breakfast

We requested a final bill. Was told they couldn't provide one and that I had to contact booking.com to get one. we do not have one as of this writing and would like one. Need to see the charges and need it for my records. The only elevator working was not operating properly. There were two elevators. There was wallpaper hanging from the ceiling over the doorway leading out to the garage. The garage needed overall work. The door leading from the garage into the hotel was not locked (actually both doors were completely open the first night).Security extremely lax.

I mean, it was good enough to sleep at night.

Our toilet continually backed up (literally flushed a tissue and the water would nearly overflow), the front desk gave us a plunger to fix it ourselves. That didn’t fix the toilet problem and a staff member said someone would come fix it. Nobody ever came. The lobby was gross, and there were always strange folks walking about. They provide free coffee in the lobby, but the coffee tastes like it sits in the urn for days on end. Hair dryer didn’t work, which sucked because I didn’t bring mine banking on using the provided hair dryer.

Very unwelcoming. No information given about facilities if any- bfast restaurant etc. No tea/ coffee facility available. Said there was voucher for bfast & shuttle bus to centre but not told any of this.

The room was nice and clean and bed comfortable. The common areas of the hotel were a little dirty. The main foyer tiles looked as though the needed a good mopping and the rugs in the corridors needed to be vacuumed. The restaurant is only open in the evenings and breakfast is in a bag that you have to ask for or you would t know it was being offered. We arrived early to the hotel but they did let us check in which was very nice of them.

had an emergency with my child at home and had to leave shortly after checking in. Hotel refused to discount my 2hour stay.
