Clean and spacious room and agreeable and friendly staff.

The breakfast was good for a complimentary breakfast I had no complaints both hot and cold options and tea and coffee. The was a pool and hot tub. The accommodations were overall good value for the price and I would stay again.

A little noisy in the hallway one of the nights because of rowdy guests. no option for early check-in.

I loved how clean it was. The front desk staff was helpful and polite. It’s always a great experience at residence inn and I will be back just so I can use the grill too. And use the gym as well.

I was expecting to have 2 full beds instead of 1 kind and 1 queen. I just went with it because my children were satisfied. And the stove didn’t have an oven . I had planned on baking cupcakes but that didn’t happen . Other than that great stay

The breakfast was wonderful. It had a lot of selections.

The late night staff who checked us in on Friday evening was not friendly. The pull-out sofa bed didn't have any sheets or blankets in either of the rooms we stayed in. We checked the drawers and closets, but there were just empty clear zip up bags in the closets. When we went downstairs to ask for sheets and blankets we weren't treated nicely. The attendant made a face and made sure we knew it was an inconvenience for her to get these for us. It was annoying because this was something that should have been supplied in the room to begin with and we were the ones who were inconvenienced by having to go back downstairs to ask for them. However, the day staff was very friendly and nice. On Saturday night a group of people came into the hotel at 1:30 in the morning and turned on loud music. They were stomping on the floor, yelling back and forth and laughing extremely loudly. I finally had to call the front desk because they weren't stopping and it was the middle of the night. The front desk attendant said she was aware of the group that just checked in and would go upstairs and check it out, but the stomping and loud noise continued until 2:30am, when finally a group of them got in their van and left.
