Me gustó la ubicación.
Nos dijeron que había shutle desde el aeropuerto y no había, llegamos tuvimos que pagar un taxi y el hotel no lo pagó.
Las habitaciones tenían olor a humedad y ceniza.
El desayuno media hora antes del término ya no tenía variedad y tampoco se preocupaban de reponer.

The location was OK but a little confusing to get to. The facilities were acceptable. I was coming in on a late flight and leaving the next morning. The room and bed were comfortable. The breakfast was as expected but not exceptional.

Lovely stuff, big room, Handy location, nice breakfast
The only issue was - after the fact late charge - 1 day after checkout to my credit card, which I had to contact and ask for invoice and explanation. and found out that I was charged for the early check-in. based on information that was sent to me 6 months before the visit. I still think that the charge and reminder is more fair and honest during the check-in and not a day after checkout, based on chat correspondence for general information 6 months before

Very comfortable and spacious rooms for the price. Staff is really nice.
The airconditioning makes a whole lot of noise. I had to turn it off so I could sleep and I'm not a light sleeper.

We were VERY happy the pool was working, since the rest of the hotel it was completely under construction. The
concierge was just as frustrated as we were but also, very helpful and thankfully able to accommodate our needs. Had there not been extra rooms, I would have been livid and we would have been stuck. It was not safe. Getting on and off the elevator was not safe. Breakfast was okay. Pool was great.
They did not have a crib or pack n play like we were told. We had to change rooms 3 times and I am not someone who does that. Our phone didn't work in the first room so I couldn't call the front desk to ask why and we didn't have a sofa in the first room with our king bed. The next room had a king bed and sofa bed, but it smelled like someone was growing marijuana no matter how much I tried to air it out. The third room was finally what I had been told on the website I was ordering, and that was better. We had zero idea it was under construction, which was not helpful with my two little kids by myself.

The coffee maker was dirty with a already used thing of coffee in the maker and no regular coffee. And we couldn’t get any tv channels to come in they was all static. There was no fan working in the bathroom

Breakfast was good. The coffee was really good! Check in & out couldn’t have been easier.

As usual our stay was great. Notice that facility was being upgraded.
Nothing but pool needs upgrades as paint is peeling.

The room smelled like smoke and the bathtub was dirty and hadn't been cleaned.

The parking lot is too small. Our room hadn't been vacuum 😳 or it didn't seem like it.

Room was clean and spacious. I appreciate the on site ice machine. Something that's not the norm in Europe. Staff were friendly to lend me a brush to clear the snow off my the car. Enjoyed my stay.
Maybe it's me, but I'm not a fan of paper plates and plastic utensils in the restaurant. I consider staying in a hotel a step above staying at home.
