The breakfast needed more variety. Not much the family would eat.

The staff was so friendly and very helpful when it came to a couple of hiccups during our stay. They were quick to resolve any issues and made sure we knew that we were valued as guests. Our room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable! The TV has Netflix that you can sign into, and the kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils and pots/pans. They even have more kitchen equipment that you can borrow at the front desk, such as a blender and a rice cooker, and more.

I loved that they had oat milk available for the coffee and the front lobby, but I would love to see at least a couple of substantial vegan options at the breakfast. All I could really eat was toast or pre packaged grits. I wish they at least had cooked potatoes or steel cut oats, but each day it was eggs and bacon or sausage.

Fire alarm rang due to negligent “neighbor” and the smoke lingered for days.

Pleasantly surprised with the accommodations with the room (plates, pots, etc). The breakfast was also good.

I love the shuttle bus driver. Very friendly and on time.

No sheets for the pull out couch. Not enough towels for three people. Hair in the shower. The plug wasn’t hooked in the wall.
