The area is good. Comfortable beds. Rather clean

The sink & toilet in 310 were stopped up . Every time I come to Birmingham I use this hotel and I come quite often. They’ve been renovating since 2018/2019 and the noise is quite annoying 😒 it’s 2024 it’s been almost 6 years 😑

The room was very nice and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The luggage carts were a little awkward.

Staff was rude, all of them that we had contact with. Needs updating. Room was very musty and floors were sticky.

Staff was rude and unwelcoming, Room was not really clean but not necessarily dirty, not enough towels for the amount of guest booked, and when asking for towels front desk did not have any and not was willing to get them for us. POOL SUCKED, grass and parking lot overgrown with weeds. Stepped in dog poop while unloading my car. Sliding glass doors at the entrance would load and obnoxious. Our keys did not work several times, from the very start, and seemed to be an annoyance when talking to the front desk about the issue. we had a vicious humongous dog in the room next door, that came barreling out of the door at us. I am fairly confident if the dog would have not been on the leash and the owner had not been able to stop the dog it would have attacked my family.

Staff was very friendly! We had a issue with the room we were first staying in with the sink pipe dripping, however she changed our room immediately and everything was great! Highly recommend from our own experience!

The staff were nice. They were helpful when we brought to their attention the AC leak in the room that pooled lots of water on the floor.

We had a leak on the floor in our room and had to move to another room. The sofa bed in the other room touched the bed on the inner part of the room, so whoever slept on that side had to step over whoever was on the sofa bed. It's not fun to do in the dark if you have to use the restroom.

WiFi wasn’t working.The facility is worn.On the first leg of the trip we stayed at a nearby Hampton Inn (Leeds).It’s a much nicer hotel
