We had to change rooms because our heat did not work.

I’m going to keep is short and sweet. At one point the front desk told me they could not give me any wash cloths and towels. They said they don’t have any and I have to wait until house keeping comes in. Smh

I'm going to start off on a positive note: Ms. Dana in the breakfast area was a delight. She was always smiling and very friendly. She greeted all the guest and kept the area clean throughout the morning. She was the best part of our stay here. The lady there on Sat was nice as well.
As for the room, the lotion dispenser was empty, and the toilet kept running, I had to jiggle the handle each time to make it stop. Also, we only had two sets of towels instead of 4 for a 3-night stay. I had to wait until after 4pm to go to the front desk for more towels.
The bed was not comfortable, the mattress was not soft at all, and the chairs were uncomfortable for larger framed people (just an FYI, even though you probably won't be changing out the furniture anytime soon).
Outside the room, the ice machine was broken on the 3rd floor where we stayed, and the elevator wasn't working when we returned back to the hotel around 9:30pm on Thanksgiving night. The front desk clerk did fix the issue (in the electrical room) and then rode in the elevator with us to the 3rd floor. I will give kudos for him doing that, which made up for the fact that our room keys didn't work upon arrival when we checked in, and we had to go back downstairs to get them reactivated.
I like Hampton Inn and although we had a few issues, I will still stay at Hampton Inn when convenient to do so. Just need to stay on top of making sure rooms are fully stocked and repairs around the hotel.

I love everything about this place. The staff is amazing, room is always clean. Convenient to everything from restaurants to grocery stores. Very safe environment. I will definitely be returning.

The property was convenient to the interstate. However, the bed was hard and the pillows were flat. The tube did not drain and the bathroom was not very clean.

This place is rundown. It needs to be shut down immediately. The elevator was not working. We were there 3 days without an elevator and had to use the stairs. We did not feel safe. The rooms are rundown. This has been our go to hotel for years whenever we’re in town but never again.

The room was a two queen bedroom which I felt was a bit small for being a Hampton Inn, but had all that was needed. The room was clean. Beds were okay but on top of some big metal frame. Breakfast was the usual. Not sure if it was all worth for the price we paid for just one night but overall a good stay. The staff was friendly.

This was a 1 night stay and overall this was a nice place to stay. However, when I arrived with my bags and toddler…, I saw a group of people eating in the lounge area. As I walked to the front desk and I saw nobody there, I hear someone yell out “Ma’am what did you need help with”…. I turned around and was one of the woman who was eating with the group. I immediately was shocked and said “I’m checking in.” I literally thought that was a point of a hotel, people are either checking in or out especially if they are walking through the front door with a bag. Then she proceeded to check me in but I felt like I was interrupting her from her social hour with her friends or colleagues- either way that totally unprofessional!
