Nothing at all
They gave my room to someone else for no valid reason. This is absolutely unacceptable. I had paid for the room and told them I would arrive late.

Clean rooms, nice pool
The host when we arrived was very rude and acted as we were an inconvenience. Then we were on the second floor room 228 and above us on the 3rd floor sounded as if Mardi gra was going on. Very hard to sleep and kept our son up most of the night. Very upset and would like our rate refunded!

My reservation were for 3 I could get into a room until after 6 pm very inconvenient

Uhh the woman at check in on Saturday March 4th around 9am. I made a reservation through Booking.com, recieved emails confirming my reservation and we go to check in, she says she couldn't find it and then tried booking us for a more expensive room. We reserved a king bed at less than $100 and she tried getting us for almost $200. No thanks, on to the next. Do better.

The hotel overall was nice. The pool was nice.
The bed was absolutely terrible. Left at 1 am to return home so we could sleep. Other guests just let their kids run rampant through the hotel. Younger teens everywhere, unsupervised, loud and rude. The manager was at the front desk and ignored the wild kids in the hotel.

Need be close and renovated everything is old dirty out dated musty ordor

location wasn’t ideal. key cards stopped working after 1st day and were out in the rain trying to get them to work at the back entrance. had to walk in the rain/wind to get them reset. dated furniture. we had no control of the room temp so at times was way to hot.

Not enough chairs or tables in breakfast area,had to get key cards reprogrammed twice while we were there,air conditioning didnt work,shower was noisy and water wasnt very hot.

Wasn't told about another $50 fee upon arrival, extra fees should be mentioned.

The hotel and everything was fine
Was charged twice for one night. Once from booking.com once from holiday inn express. Over charged 141.00 and no one has helped, dealing with credit card company now
