EVERYTHING! The parking lot all the way to the bathroom in the room…everything is impeccable! The housekeeping staff are the true heroes! Also, the front desk staff is awesome! Especially Issrael, Dave and Jefferson! So welcoming, kind, genuine and helpful! The food at the Oasis restaurant is pretty good and the space is BEAUTIFUL! I also love the 24 hour self-service market for those late night cravings! The free airport shuttle is an AMAZING amenity! And the hotel is 5-10 walk from SEVERAL restaurants! Can’t wait to come back!
Minor issues with the heat in the room. Didn’t really heat up, but it’s June in FL so that may be intentional.

Hotel front desk personnel and staff were pleasant, friendly, and professional - in fact exceptionally so; room was large and quiet- especially so considering business park setting and freeway proximity; and, literally five minutes to RSW airport.
Room was generic and didn’t quite live up to the grandiosity of its namesake.

The breakfast was the best we've had in this price range. The food was freshly prepared. Our every need was attended to by the staff. The eggs with bacon, onions...excellent.
The check-in staff was excellent! Everyone was extremely professional and friendly.
Nice view from our window. Very secure location at the end of the road. Dozens of resturants within 5 minutes or less, even a 7 Eleven on with fuel close by.
The room smelled musty, maybe from the a/c or carpet, but very clean otherwise.

It was all brand new and gorgeous. Extremely safe and staff was amazing. The bar and pool were top notch and the gym was one of the best I’ve seen in the area regarding hotels. I will be back!!
They had to fix my air once but it wasn’t a big deal.

The Lobby was large and the restaurant and bar looked inviting. Outdoor areas also very spacious and clean.
The room furniture had some damage and the xurtains were stained so was the wallpaper in the bathroom and rug. Just needs some replacing looks very worn.

Excellent Customer service from all staff we interacted with but specifically Donavan. He was the epitome of what I haven't experienced at hotel front desk in a long time. Great energy, showed genuine interest in your well-being and made you feel welcomed.
A/C unit in room was a little loud.

the pool was in the shade all day, hot tub was fab. 20 minute walk from the huge retail town just over the road with loads of bars and restaurants. Staff were brilliant and there is a shuttle to the airport if required

The staff was extremely awesome. They were polite from the minute we walked in. The chef that handled the taco bar Friday night was amazing. The pool was great the hot tub worked and was hot. The rooms were clean and the ac worked great.

Location was nice, and central for any visitor outside of Florida and locals alike. The staff was very accommodating, upon greeting, when services were needed, and at departure.
The breakfast was subpar, not kept on warmers and food was alil low quality, I'm sure the food woulda been better if it was kept warm as mentioned

we were there during hurricane Ian and the staff was unbelievably wonderful in every respect. While their own lives were being impacted greatly by the storm, they really could not do enough to help the people staying with them. Their staff was second to none and we will always be grateful for their help and understanding. One morning they were out cooking breakfast on grills in the pouring rain.

Close to airport
Bed was hard as a board, no safe, smart TV no apps, fridge froze everything. Hotel says smoking on booking paid extra....no smoking. Rooms need divider so I can work and wife can sleep.

The clean place .the extra friendly professional staff
Our room had a light that would not turn off at the outlet where we neededa medically necessary cpap for my disabled veteran husband do for 3 might we had to sleep with this light on staff was aware and said that was something they were working on.othrr thsn that we were extremely pleased.
