Property was old. More like a motel. Bathroom was too small. Needs major renovation. TV was problematic. Disappointed.

Overall the only reason I chose this property was the price. It was the lowest for the weekend I was staying for all of the hotels in Fort Myers.

The hotel was undergoing a name change which is fine; however, that wasn’t mentioned on the app during booking. The hotel is older, room pictures don’t match what rooms look like. My room was dirty, had roaches, ice machine closest to my room 1st floor by pool did not work. Breakfast options should include more non processed made fresh each morning options. Real proteins like eggs and meat options besides hard boiled eggs. Overall my wife and I were extremely disappointed and the staffs lack of over all concern when I showed them pictures of the roaches besides I’ll notify the manager. It didn’t do anything for my stay and having to track down and attempt to kill at 1:30am in the morning.

Really, nothing.

The unit made some kind of sound, and that was annoying at night. The door was like stuck. You had to push hard for it to close.

AC wasn’t working in my room and had to wait 30 minutes for on call maintenance guy to show up and confirm before they would move me to another room. 2nd room was on the second floor and seemed to be a bit nicer.

the manager was vryyy rude she tried to kick us out.. the people next door were on drugs and were yelling at me and my kids and the ownere wanted to KICK US OUT FOR IT Very unproffessional it wasnt for the other lady working with the accent….we would had gotten our money back and lft

Old facilities. Very basic breakfast.

Staff was friendly and check in/check out was smooth. I appreciated having the laundry facilities onsite to be able to get a load done without having to leave the hotel!

Rooms could be kept up a bit better with pest control. TV Remote did not work and only one washer and dryer were working onsite.
