The room was very aged, there were stains on the headboard and carpet. Additional there were only 3 towels. 2 bathing & 1 hand towel.

The staff was friendly

This was our first time at this property. Our suite was large enough for our family of 6 to sleep comfortably and was very clean. Extra towels and blankets were brought to us quickly upon request. Breakfast was great! The best part was the staff. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Probably the nicest staff of any hotel I have ever stayed in. The proximity to the interstate was also a big plus. Will definitely stay at this property again when in the area.

Everything, staff were very friendly. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds.

Price was a bit too high, other family members were in town with us for the same event and stay in the different hotel, very nice one as well but much cheaper.

Staff was friendly.

Toilet broke and they said they would send up maintenance. Checked back several hours later and was informed that maintenance had left for the day. The hotel was full so they couldn’t move us rooms. They did adjust our price which is why I rates the staff high but the facility low.

The hotel was very nice. The room was very clean. The staff was awesome.

You could hear the neighbors music all night. You could hear when the neighbors showered or went to the bathroom. The walls are extremely thin! No one said the pool was reservation only and that’s the only reason I chose this place. The bathtub had hair in it and we only had two bath towels and two wash cloths..:nothing else.

When we walked in our room it smelled like bug spray, bathroom tub had holes in it! Air didn’t work it was awful for the price we payed! I wouldn’t even complain if it was a $80 stay yuck yuck and we couldn’t cancel or get money back!

I don’t like the highway merge right away. Some very rude drivers flying by. We didn’t have enough towels in the room for all of our guests

The gentleman in night shift at front desk was very friendly and did a very good job of making sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful and the kids loved the pool!

Breakfast was good! Room was cool temperature wise. They got us extra blankets we requested. Helped us arrange transportation to Chiefs game with Clyde. He did a good job.

Thought price was a little high. Didn’t grant our request for two rooms together after we stopped early and they said they could make it work.

Clean and bed was nice.

One very slow elevator. Booked two rooms got there at 6:30 and only one was ready. And it was not the right room. They were to be matching but the dirty room was much smaller. No compensation offered.
