Everything was very nice, until one person ruined everything.
The front desk on the second day was inpatient and not welcoming at all. It would be good if staff could at least show some good attitude.

Very nice room and comfortable bed, good location.
The breakfast buffet area was Messy.

Priceline or whomever took this order has VERY EXORBITANT FEES and that's the biggest turn off.
The hot portion of the breakfast buffet was all microwaved crap. The eggs were that powdered stuff out of packages, the bacon also not the best and the sausage patties, paper thin and also microwaved. I spent my one day playing tourist at Fisherman's Wharf sick from this meal and on the pot at Boudins. Yes Ma'am, I really got to know Boudins. Very nice WC I must admit.

Our room was near the busy street, it was kind of noisy.

Great breakfast & quick assistance from management with toilet issues late at night - within 15 minutes Mr. Lawrence Latchman relocated us to new room. Superb customer service provided by this young man - exceeded our expectations - we will certainly return. THANKS!!!

My husband enjoyed the breakfast. I liked to coffee! Location in San Carlos is great. Very quiet and right on El Camino Real.
We could hear the plumbing but it is a newer building so all of the HVAC etc was silent

It was clean, convenient for our purpose, and relatively inexpensive.
It was raining. But the hotel had nothing to do with that.

Convenient location to local family,
Front door left completely open during breakfast so floors could dry. Made the area extremely cold and food got cold.
