Breakfast tasted old

The location was perfect for us and very easy to find. It was very spacious, giving us lots of room to relax. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bed was lovely, so comfortable. Loved having a kitchenette, and a safe to lock up valuables. We enjoyed the hot tub and the patio area just outside, it was cool.

The breakfast options did not impress us. Love the waffles but a selection of muffins, something we could grab and go, would be a nice touch.

The room is spacious and comfortable, and the facilities also very convenient. The free parking is a plus. Friendly staff.

The location is good but a little confusing to get the entrance and very close to the highway, but it’s ok.

Free water station in lobby

Lots of in room features to make a long stay comfortable. Great shower with plenty of hot water. Welcoming lobby with working fireplace. Friendly and helpful staff.

Parking was terrible. Most spaces were labeled for compact cars but they were occupied by large pickup trucks and vans. That meant that we had great difficulty parking our car so that our doors would open wide enough to get in and out. The front desk suggested that we could park on the street which seemed like a questionable place to park.

The heater or water heater sound from the 4th floor was annoying. But it wasn't so bad that it made it difficult for me to sleep.

nice and comfortable room

we stayed 5 days and the cleaning was only once , when I asked. I was first time in Belmont and thought that the location in in the city, but it was near the highway and it was nothing nearby. I was disappointed about the laundry - it was available only for American App Store holders. We asked to assist us , but got the advise to go to a public laundry. It was a disaster to have zero option for foreign travellers in 3* hotel.

Late checkout the person on the reception didn't like it... arriving to the room, opening the curtain the view is the hotel corridor.. I didn't expect the French Riviera but common... there wasn't anything about it on the website of the order confirmation...

pool wasn't very clean

Nice room, clean. Location to events and airport.

Fan seemed broken. Would only stay on high. We did get it to medium but wasn't easy. Wall control needs work.

Lack of parking

Bed was comfortable and mostly clean.

Had to clean the bathroom before using it. Breakfast was awful. Stale pastries and burnt coffee. Car was scratched by a employee car in the garage.
