Everything was tip top

The location was close to my work related destination. Room was clean, but a little tattered. Quiet, and no noisy neighbors.

Staff was standing around the front entrance smoking, directly under the NO SMOKING sign. I made mention to the fact, and they stated that the sign was "just put up", like that didn't apply to them.

Room was spacious, big tv and curtains that close were nice.

No vending machines, just a pantry like thing. Would have preferred the vending.

Very clean accommodations. The front desk staff was friendly. Charay was awesome! It was very clean and the housekeepers were terrific

They were rude and insulted me as a mother thinking I would leave my 5 month old in the room alone while I went downstairs

The location was the only good thing about the place.

The nighttime desk lady was rude and saying obscene things to my husband. I had went upstairs befor him,taking the key. When he had tried to come in, the front desk lady was nowhere to be found. He had his arms full of luggage. Stood and waited for a while. Then used car keys to tap on the window. The lady started yelling at him asking who he was n asking if he was on drugs. Told him shes goin to call the cops. She was acting like she was on something n talking totally out of line. We will not be returning to this location. And we are no longer customers of the candlewood hotels anywhere. This experience was absolutely ridiculous. The room was much smaller than what we are used to from candlewood. And there was no vanity in the bathroom.

On duty clerk when we arrived was nice. as for breakfast....what breakfast? except for coffee, it looks like you have to pay for breakfast.

I like having a kitchen in the room

Room was dirty, your feet were black when walking bare foot on the floors. The room had cob webbs and bugs. The TV volume was broken, I reported it twice but it was never fixed during our 4 day stay.

The staff was friendly! The location was perfect! I love the candle wood
