Pet policy/deposit is not mentioned until you get there. Roof and air conditioner were leaking and we were called while we were out to let us know we had to come back to the hotel for our dog.

Well designed layout of suite. Bedroom closed off, pet friendly and walkable to several restaurants.

The location and the staff. This was the second time we've stayed at this location and it was the better than the first time.

The eggs tend to be dry.

It was quiet. Everything worked in the room. Staff was friendly.

Location was not great. Close to the highway, which was nice, but otherwise - the area was a dump. Room was not the cleanest and could definitely see the age/lack of quality fixtures/finishes used. This room was worth half of what was paid for it. Room/hotel were passable for a stay and not horrible, just not a good value.

The personnel at this hotel are the best ever. They are friendly

Lady that worked in the breakfast area was so sweet and helpful.

I called after booking on line and requested a first floor room close to the lobby due to recently having spine surgery. We got first floor but close to the rear of the hotel. I requested to NOT having a handicapped room and that’s what we got.

The lady at the front desk was so sweet and the lady over the breakfast area was so sweet too. The bed was also really comfortable.

Was in room 506. The rooms were overall clean but the faucet in the kitchen was really loose and under the bed I slept in there were someone's underwear and deodorant. Also in the bathroom the bodywash, etc. needed to be changed because it was empty. Also when I pulled out the sofa bed you could tell the bedding was dirty so I had to change it myself.

The location was convenient to I-20, but from the time we entered the parking lot the place seemed sketchy. That impression continued.

The hotel is in very serious need of renovation. For example, the wall around the bathroom door was rust stained and crumbling. Everything looked worn out.

The rooms are spacious and they take great precautions in response to COVID-19. Breakfast options were pretty good and staff were polite and quick while providing great customer service.

The sofas are a bit dilapidated. Also, the mattress topper under the fitted sheet was so old and pilly, it was felt through the fitted sheet. The fitted sheet also had about two small tears in it. It was not the greatest night's sleep. The flat sheet set aside for the sleeper sofa had a yellow stain in one of its corners. I would suggest reviving the sofa cushions and investing in new mattress toppers and sheets.
