Super nice staff ... nice and clean room .... tiki bar was gr8 ... all in all a gr8 experience...

Was suppose to be full view of beach but was no view. They did however move us to another room with a PARTIAL view but it had 2 double beds and not the king bed we booked. Very disappointing. Feel like I was cheated. The reception desk at check in blamed bookings.com

Restaurant was very slow. Waitress was terrible.

Prefect location for a decent price. Beautiful lobby, clean room and facilities. Easy beach entrance and comfortable pool.

our rooms had shower issues and pipes sticking out of the wall & we could hear the lady in the next room through the bathroom like she was in our room.

The pool was great, and the proximity to the beach was fantastic.

It took forever for the elevators. They could use an upgrade.

Nothing like the ad. Old Hilton. Low ceilings. Needs updated bad. Small rooms. Pool was nice. Sign said limit 30 people but always over 50 during day, so too crowded . Beach really nice. Would not stay again. Too many nicer properties in area. Also elevators are really scary. Take forever and even started going up when a little boy was trying to get on. People took stairs instead. Everyone was talking about them.

Location was excellent. Liked that you only had 100 yard walk to the beach.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff seemed to work overtime to keep the facilities nice.

The beach rentals were a little expensive. We rented two chairs and an umbrella and it cost $45 per day. It would be nice to be able to rent for multiple days at a lower daily price.

Beach access

Beachfront access is always amazing!

It would have been ideal to provide accommodations for chairs and umbrellas, or offer discounted rates for individuals that just needed them for an hour versus being required to rent for the entire day. Pay by the hour should be considered.

The beds were comfortable. The staff was great.

The bathroom was small and there is no counter space for anything. The water smells so bad, but I guess that is just the water at St. Augustine. The music selection on the patio was terrible. You would do better with a DJ. The restaurant was terrible. We at there once and ended up leaving most of our food behind. Add some shelves and hooks to the bathroom. For a family of four to use, it was a mess.
