Location was great. Bed was not clean when turned down. We found this out at 1AM and the staff wanted us to move rooms. We would not and happen to bring our own blankets so we improvised. But that definitely ruined the stay. Nothing was comfortable from that point.

Only 1 thing I would change & this was my fault,there is no kitchenette in these rooms. But I knew that when booking! The people the comfort cleanliness & location could not have been better!!!

We booked this last minute and pleased with the availability and price. The beds were comfortable. I liked that it was a close walk to the beach and close to restaurants. We drove to restaurants but not too far. There is a restaurant called cafe eleven right down the road which was outstanding.

Nothing that I didn’t like

I was disappointed when the breakfast wasn’t accommodated. The hotel and stay is already so expensive. When we went down to the hotel lobby to see where breakfast was and then the lady goes no you have to pay here for it but it’s not working so I can’t ring up anything because are machine is broken and wasn’t nice.

The beds could be comfier

We liked the staff - everyone that we came across was very nice and helpful. We didn't bring our electric car but we were happy to see several EV charging stations.

The air conditioner/heater had a high-pitched noise that we asked if someone could look at. The noise was not able to be fixed but the service man did do as thorough a cleaning as he could with a vacuum cleaner. The filters and inside the front hadn't been cleaned maybe ever, and was dusty, dirty and very un-appealing. The room furnishings seemed kind of old. We didn't go to the beach due to the rainy weather.

Easy, early check-in. Front desk staff very friendly, helpful and quick. Room very clean with ample supplies. Easy check-out also. Great location, East open parking.

Rooms are enormous, pool/deck area is beautiful and relaxing, welcoming staff. Bathrooms are beautiful.

Later pool hours would be great, also more towels available.
