I liked that they have shuttle service to nearby attractions.

No free breakfast. No microwave in room.

Breakfast was delicious. Bed was so comfortable.

Location is near airport

First floor room was like a basement, dingy, broken door lock, and smoke smell. When I asked to be moved to a higher level the room was much improved. Overall it's a tired hotel and with breakfast not included in the price, it's not good value.

Transportation to the concert was amazing! Rooms were clean, comfortable beds!

Breakfast ends before 9 on a Sunday. Front staff gave bad directions to our room.

I was told that it was going to be a buffet for breakfast on the website but it wasn’t and I paid for the buffet. Also I had to pay for a breakfast if I wanted it. It was a sit down breakfast place and I didn’t have time

We liked how clean and quiet it was, along with the pool and breakfast.

the breakfast wasn’t included in our rate. I feel like the rooms are slightly overpriced for not including breakfast.

the bathroom was nice and the room was pretty clean overall.

upon checking in I was told that everything I had reserved wasn’t available. I had 2 rooms each with 2 beds reserved and was told that only 1 room with one king bed was available. then I was asked to pay 40 dollars extra because I would have to upgrade to 2 suites so I could get rooms with 2 beds. also upon getting to the rooms which were on the third floor I found out that the room key did not work and I had to return to the lobby to get them turned on and had to go all the way back up. also the hallways are not very clean and the elevator had a very musty smell to it.

The pool area is was very cold. There was frost around the windows & outside doors. I believe this made the water cooler & less enjoyable. That is my only complaint about our stay.
