Staff was very friendly. Nice, small continental breakfast, fairly large breakfast area with plenty of tables to sit at.

Beds were a little uncomfortable, but not too bad. The biggest complaint was the pool area. I brought my small nephews here to swim and there was no supervision by any hotel staff at all. I know there is no lifeguard at a pool like this, but it would have been nice if a staff periodically checked and spoke to people about their behavior. There were a lot of kids being out of control and using the lifesaving devices as floaties.

Breakfast options were very good. Gluten free oatmeal was a nice option. Hot food was good.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. I usually struggle to sleep well in hotels and I must say, I slept wonderfully here. The bed was like a cloud! Also, the shower in the room was really good, too. I liked how they had full sized shampoo and conditioner bottles instead of those teeny disposable ones - great for the environment AND my wife and daughters were actually able to have enough product to effectively wash their hair after swimming in the pool. And lastly, the breakfast was phenomenal! There was something for everyone (even my pickiest child) and the staff was extremely quick refilling items such as scrambled eggs, bacon, hard boiled eggs, etc. My wife, kids and I were stuffed and ready to start our day.

The only thing I would say is the flooring around the pool was extremely slippery and I almost slipped a couple of times while walking with my baby in my arms. It made me nervous for my kids (6 and 8) that they may fall in the pool, or hurt themselves. But the pool itself (and the hot tub) was great! Very refreshing and relaxing!

The location is a bit separated from the city so when we arrived in the evening there was only one restaurant nearby to eat dinner at. It was a decent / tasty restaurant but some more choices would have been better!
