The breakfast included was okay.

My room wasn't ready when we arrived; I did not get any sleep at night; I heard people moving around on the floor above us; every time someone opened or closed a door, it made our door seem like someone was trying to open it; the pillows were super flat; the towels had a funny smell. I was so uncomfortable. We were in Room 101 on the 1st floor. We were switched to this room after arriving, and our room wasn't available.

The staff was very friendly, and it was conveniently located.

It was the most uncomfortable mattress that I have ever slept on. The rooms were very dated and had somewhat of an old musty smell.

The shower head wasn't up to par and the height of the toilet was very low.

Front desk rep was very efficient and welcoming. and the hotel was very clean. It was very nice to be able to get coffee upon 8:30pm arrival.

The floor above our room and the wall between our room and next door were not soundproof at all! Got woke up around 2am by the family from hell above us and continued with next door neighbors banging their headboard against our headboard and all their sounds. Awful to try to get back to sleep as this all went on until almost 3 am.
