Das große Bett. Es gab ein Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen im Zimmer
Die Schlafcouch war sehr unbequem. Die Teppiche im Flur vor den Aufzügen waren verdreckt. Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht und es wurde, das was es gab, nur unzureichend (auch auf Nachfrage) aufgefüllt. Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig. Nicht nur die Straße hat man gehört, sondern auch alles aus den Nachbarzimmern. Der Geruch im Hotel war auch sehr unangenehm.

The room was large. We were in a double queen room. It was enough space for myself, my partner and 4 kids. Breakfast was good and the front desk cllerk, Debbie, was very nice!

The parking here after 9 pm is horrible. Literally has to park in a different parking lot and walk back to the hotel.

The lady who checked I said it was one of the sweetest people we have ever met
The rooms would not cool off because the beds were in front of the AC units which block the air to flow through the room to cool it off so it was very very hot in the rooms all night long

Location was convenient, Hotel was clean. Adequate and free parking.
Trash in room was not emptied and room was not cleaned throughout our entire stay. No room service. Breakfast was very basic with the same breakfast items every morning. No hot water from shower in the bathroom.

Nice view of the pool from my room. Parking lot was close to my room on the first floor. Very good full breakfast in the morning. Waffle maker , eggs , variety of danishes and fruit etc.
I would have loved to have used the jetted whirlpool tub in the room , but the jets had visible dirt in them. The tub wasn’t very clean.

Close to lots of great places. Room was nice and staff was friendly and helpful.
Breakfast could be better. Food was inedible. Even the cereal was stale. Sofa bed had springs sticking out. And carpet felt greasy.

This is one of our favorite places to stay. Nice, clean, friendly environment.

The breakfast was minimal.
We didn’t like that upon arrival there was no one at the desk to greet or register us for ten minutes. Upon leaving, the desk attendant sat behind a plexiglass screen and had little verbal interaction with us. The breakfast attendant was barely present and when present had no communication with us.

Staff was friendly, and the location and food were great.
The sofa pullout was broken and was never fixed or changed. Apparently, they knew the problem but still rented the room to me.

everything was so outdated. the windows were so dirty and coated in dust. the curtains were ripped and dirty in the room. carpet smelled gross. walls and flooring very outdated. bathroom very outdated.
