Breakfast was great.

Beautiful facility. The breakfast was outstanding with a large selection. It was a great stay.

No complaints. Everything was clean. The bed was very comfortable and the quietness made for a great sleep.

Staff was accommodating to my booking i booked the 15th-17th however the drive got started late. I talked to mary and explained to her that i was arriving later into the early saturday morning ( i did not know she was going to edit the dates) removing friday. but when the dates were changed i don't know she didn't have the 17th on there. That was not presented to me until the cleaning service lady, knocked on the door to clean the room as she probably was told too and we told her our check out was the 17th so she went and got the lady at the front not sure who it was it was the morning of the 16th around 11. but she fixed the dates and all was well.

Continung on to the day of check out. Sunday the 17th, at around 10:06am cleaning services entered our room and said " cleaning services, will you be checking out at 11 or extending your stay" first of that's rude and impatient i've never stayed at a room like that. where the cleaning services can just enter the room without knocking and asking if we were going to check out, when we still had a whole hour to check out. Overall the stay would have been cool but that saturday morning and sunday morning put a sour taste in my mouth. I can say I will not be staying at the hotel ever again and I would love to tell this to a higher up so they know how their staff acts to paying guests. My booking was clear as day, 15th-17th and yes i didn't get there the 15th but i called 3 times and talked to mary 2 times and paige the 3rd time and checked in with paige, to keep them updated on arrival time and apologize for the inconvenience and late arrival but the stay was still suppose to be as is from the 16th to the 17th i did not know she was taking the 15th off but i am thankful for it. just wish there was so clarification on saturday at 2:40am when we checked in go reduce confusion at 11 when room services was trying to clean and sunday was just very unprofessional and impatient. Side note: tube in room 112 was having a hard time draining out.

the hotel is a very nice layout. big open concept. a bar and grill with slot machines inside. also nice pool. beds very comfortable

the smell of chlorine is very overwhelming. we didn’t swim during our stay so that was kind of off putting. also didn’t like that we requested an extra pillow but was told they were out. did not like that the shower does not have any shelves. had to sit everything on the floor. room telephone did not work. hotel room was also very dark. not a lot of light

The biscuits were like rocks literally I couldn't stab them with a fork I couldn't even cut them with a knife Sausage links were like jerky I could tell they were warmed up from the day before

Well for starters my door to my room didn't close all the way for the 1st half day I was there I didn't notice until I pushed on the door and it came open. Worst shower head in the world only spit water. Only one ice machine worked in the whole building

Thermostat was broken and mtce fixed it the next day...very happy with that. Room was big, comfy. Breakfast is excellent and glad its back!

Paid for my reservation through booking.com then when I got to the hotel to check in they charged my credit card again. So I was double charged by the hotel for the room. Contacted Hotel to receive help on the issue. They refused to help.

Our room was on first floor so was convenient having our dog with us. Enjoyed having a pool side room. Food in the restaurant was good. Moderately priced. The selection of tv stations was good.

The bathroom needs a exhaust fan. The internet was a little slow. Liked the concept of grab and breakfast but would have been nice if cereal had been offered. The cost of the room was pretty pricey for the area.Would have been nice to have a hot tub.
