I was harassed and stalked while staying here by the receptionist Haley, stated they had a policy that was no where to be found, she tried to search for this policy for over an hour after stating it was in different places multiple times

Very good response from staff when power failed at bedside outlets. Had to change rooms at 1130p! They coordinated the move, gave us a suite, and were very sorry that this had occurred.
That the bedside electrical system went down when we plugged in an essential device

The room was nice and large, the free breakfast offered a nice variety of options to choose from.
I noticed some markings on the walls which looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in a while.

Upon entering room 422 heard excessive noise from air conditioner. Reported it. No repair at 8pm. No sleep. Told manager 8am. Breakfast was frozen biscuits. Gravy too thick. Coffee cold. No danish. Return in afternoon. Can’t fix. Again no sleep. Hotel full can’t move. On checkout talked to manager about discount. You booked through booking. No

The bathroom was gross. There were several pubic hairs in the shower, hair on the floor, hair on the counter, and hair on the hair dryer bag.

I'd hoped for a bathtub..even requested it when I booked..but only had a shower.. beautiful as it was..I missed a good hot soak

The staff, particularly the manager, was absolutely fabulous in working with me, after there was a problem with Booking.com regarding my reservation.
Booking.com needs to have a better reservation transmittal from its app/website to the hotel. I had to wait over an hour, with the manager's help, before I could get a room. My online reservation via the app never made it to the hotel, thusly the manager had to call Booking.com. The delay was unacceptable. I had to end up cancelling via booking.com and reserve under my regular way.
