Great customer service food was good and location central

Bathroom Doors did not close all the way somewhat see-thru leaving for less privacy

The bed was so comfortable and the best pillows too - did have a stiff neck - I always have that. I liked the complimentary coffee in my room. The shower worked marvelously. The room cooled very well

The bathroom, sink and the coffee area in my room was not clean. The black materials in the bathroom is not the best color it hides filth and everything unpleasant. The sink did not drain well and the sink water was not coming out well- it needs fixing or something.

It was convenient to our destination, FSU.

Shower was poor water pressure and not in good condition. AC ran off and on all night. Rollaway bed to accommodate our booking request for 2 queen beds turned into an accessible room with a rollaway of just springs and a mattress. Which came with no bed linens until we asked. We had to request extra towels for the stay due to using some to keep the water from going all over the bath floor due to bad drainage from accessibility shower. Upon checkin we were informed that 3rd party booking sites are the wrong way to go and we had to press the staff to give us a rollaway which required us to be changed to an accessible room type to accommodate our son staying with us for our stay.

Room overlooked parking. Terrible view. I felt very uncomfortable. I’m still waiting for a credit on my bill. I was charged for valet parking. I spoke to receptionist and manager to advise them I didn’t have a car!!!

Location was good, parking was horrible if you didn’t have valet. It was an odor in the hallway on the 6th floor, other than that We enjoyed our stay.

The order In the hallway on the 6th floor, that was pretty much all. The parking on the street was horrible too.

Easy to find. Comfortable room and Excellent restaurant! The staff made me feel right at home and the steak was cooked to perfection. My only regret is I didn't have time to explore the whole Hotel.

No bell hop? A hotel like this should have some curb side assistance for guest. That would be the icing on the top.
