Room was nice. Facilities were decent except for lack of security cameras.

My car was stolen 50 feet from the front door. The building has no exterior cameras. I will not be staying here again.

They charge 5 UsDollar for a 0.5 Ltr Bettler of water, 10 US Dollar/day for parking which I think is way too much.

The Neiße is normal for a family hotel, but it is difficult to digest.

I liked the location. The room was clean

The tub didn’t have anything in the tub to keep u from falling. I was taking a shower and felled out the shower and hit the floor now I’m 61 years old that was the hardest fall I have had in my life. Please try and put pads in the bathtub.god bless

the staff wss very attemtive. i had an issue with the room and they moved me to another the next morning.

View from 4th floor facing city view was so beautiful!! Wasn’t expecting that kind of view.

Bar was lacking a bar tender. A lady from cafe helped with drinks and she was great. But no draft beers, no frozen margaritas.

Wi-Fi doest work. Staff said there's nothing to do.

I had expected to stay with family for Christmas and last minute was turned away. I frantically booked a stay with you. The gentleman who greeted me and checked me in was so kind, patient and understanding. His kindness meant so much to me! He didn't know me and I was frazzled and he showed compassion and humanity. I have made a commitment based on this experience to use Marriott hotels only! The facilities were wonderful but the people made it home away from home.

The workout machines didn't work properly, the maintenance man got one of the machines working enough for me to use. The machines are just very old and need to be updated or replaced. Specifically the elliptical machines and the treadmills.

Everything was great, but...

I got a bad rash on my neck from the pillows. Maybe the laundry detergent they use. Idk.
