Pool, room, staff and location

6 dollars for bottled water. This standard for hotels is ridiculous

Breakfast was just for 2 people and we payed room for 3 people. Couldn't believe that we have to payed for our grandson. He had literally 1 serving of cereal and we had to pay $ 15. Offer for breakfast was really poor

Room was not clean enough. You could see dirt everywhere. Wasn't vacuumed. When we made reservations it was offer free shuttle from airport. We called but they said no shuttle. So we had to take taxi cab.

The food was gross and poor quality. Few nachos on the nacho dish, wilted, small portion.

The room was large and clean, almost no furniture. Weird. There were a lot of sketchy marginal people at the hotel - will NEVER stay here again. Akin to a trailer park crowd. Paying $260 did not expect the $61 crowd. We had spent a lot of time here years ago, went far downhill.

Empfangs Service. Meine Buchung war bestätigt aber kein Zimmer frei. Musste mir nach einer Stunde distanzieren um 23:00 ein anderes Hotel suchen…katastrophal

Poor extremely bad and there was an issue when we checked in. We booked for three persons with breakfast included and when we got to the hotel told breakfast was only for two one would have to be paid for. No choice bear minimum provided would not have paid for a breakfast at this hotel

Reception staff attitude couldn’t find the booking and then told us we had to contact booking.con even though we had paperwork and also charged more than originally agreed

Nous avons été très déçu du service car nous avons pris une chambre quadruple pour 4 personnes avec petit déjeuner pour la nuit du 15 au 16 février et ils n’ont pris en compte 2 déjeuner au lieu de 4 soit disant qu’ils y en avaient que 2 d’inclus (107 dollars de différence sans l’option petit déjeuner cela fait cher juste 2 pt déjeuner alors que 4 personnes étaient bien mentionnées dans la réservation) bref après avoir contacté Booking ils m’ont confirmé que les 4 déjeuner étaient compris alors que l’hôtel m’a soutenu tout le contraire. Ils se renvoient la balle l’un, l’autre en attendant c’est nous les lésé et rien n’a été fait pour réparer cette situation. Nous avons proposé à Booking que l’hôtel prenne en charges nos petits déjeuner du 18 au 19 février car nous y sommes retourné mais rien aucun dédommagement quelconque n’a été octroyé ni de la part de Booking ni de l’hôtel donc bref juste DOMMAGE cela aurait pu être bien sans cette tracasserie en famille.

D’avoir réservé pour 4 personnes avec petit déjeuner sur Booking puis n’avoir reçu que 2 petits déjeuner !!!

Realice reserva por estar muy cerca del puerto, donde debíamos tomar nuestro crucero. Aeropuerto de Fort Lauderdale, super cerca.

Sobre el hotel todo perfecto, si hubo una diferencia en el desayuno incluido, sobre lo ofrecido en Booking.

Nice staff, room nice, clean

parking was a problem the gate didn't work with the room key card, someone had to open the gate for parking everytime. Check in was a little slow, but all in all good, staff friendly. Room was nice, bathroom a little small, but it works

I’ve called the hotel as instructed upon arrival and never got picked up for nearly 2 hours. The night clerk guy was worthless. We called down for an extra blanket and he said “we’re out”. When we told the clerk in the morning she said “what a lie”

Close to the cruise port. Shuttle service available to airport & cruise terminals. Will hold luggage before your check in.

Nous avons eu de mauvaises informations pour la navette de l'aéroport . Nous avons perdu plus d'une heure et nous avons dû payer un taxi 25$ finalement alors que cela aurait dû être inclus. Nous aurions apprécier un remboursement pour ce désagrément.

Location, clean, good restaurant

One of the elevator broke and no notice was up so had to carry luggage 7 flights not cool as I have vertigo but lines for the elevator were down the hallway

The location was Great, especially for someone who is flying in to board a cruise ship. The hotel is right down the street from the port.

O hotel nos surpreendeu, quarto bem espaçoso, muito melhor do que o esperado. Bem localizado e com facilidade de sair através do carro. Quartos novos e banheiro bem limpo e estruturado.

O hotel cobra 20 dolares por dia para estacionar o veículo e próximo não há outras opções de estacionamento. A cama é um pouco pequena para casais e a movimentação do elevador incomoda um pouco quem está nos quartos.

The beds though very comfy were way too high

Called the hotel and always was put on hold. Never got the shuttle and had to get an uber. Why offer shuttle transportation when the service is bad.

Familiar with hotel and surrounding area

Inability to check in early, but we understood because they were exceptionally busy

it was clean and comfortable.

Our checkin was slow despite only having us in line, and the clerk was kinda snappy, until the manager took over and he was very nice.
