The front desk staff were nice, the man that checked us in was very professional and let us know of pool issues right away.

There was two dirty towels hanging on the back of our bathroom door when we arrived. There were small body hairs all inside the tub and in the corners of the bathroom floor. The dishes in the cabinets had food dried in them, the AC did not get cold and more than once the room temp went up to 79 and it wasn’t even hot outside. it was not comfortable and made it hard to sleep both nights. they did provide us with a fan. The main elevator wreaked or animal urine. I don’t typically complain but the pictures on line make it look more luxurious when it’s actually not clean anywhere. Even all of the exterior room doors are dirty ,the hallways have an unpleasant lingering smell.

when we checked in they hadn’t cleaned it all the way. there was trash still in the trash cans and dirty towels on the floor. But they cleaned it up and we had no other problems the rest of the time.

I liked that the people at the desk were nice and accommodating and the privacy of the bedroom door to the living room.

but the room had roaches and the internet didn't work. I switched to 3 different rooms and decided to go with the initial room i was in because they all had the same issue. The hallways were weird and dark. Everything looked old and cheap. The dude doors took forever to unlock. And parking wasn't great

I was able to do laundry and the kitchenette saved me from having to eat out so much.

it’s not really near anything for walkers, but fine for drivers.

The gentleman who worked daytime front desk was super nice. There was also a man who worked nights who was really helpful.

The rooms did NOT match the pictures on the website. When we arrived the cabinets in the room were broken, the bed was really uncomfortable, and the shower kept backing up. The final morning, I was taking a shower and thought I'd check the drain to see why it was backed up. When I tried to turn the drain to open it, it came out completely and underneath, the drain was filled with HUMAN FECES! I got out of the shower, tried to clear it out by running water over it, threw up, and then took a picture of what was left in the drain. I showed the front desk, he made a note of it (as well as the broken cabinets), but offered little concern for the fact their drain was filled with HUMAN FECES!!!! I certainly will never stay there...or any of their chain...EVER AGAIN!

Location was close to my event and staff was courteous.

The building was old, gross and crusty. Room was dirty and falling apart and had a bad smell. The bathroom drain was broke, the tile was coming off the wall, carpet was old and torn up, the air vent was disgusting, kitchen and bathroom cabinets had stains running down them and were sticky to touch. The cabinets also had crumbs inside them; beside the fridge was full of crumbs as well. The footstool kept under a stand, had a top layer covered in crumbs. The bed sheet had an obvious hole in it. The couch was stained, light fixture was falling apart, hole in the wall above couch, dressers had obviously been banged up, along with crumbs and dirt in their drawers.

Our room was clean.

However it smelled horrible and we were told there was nothing that could be done about, not what I expected from Marriott.

Staff was so nice. Our building was very quiet. Room was great, good size. We needed the kitchen it was great. The sofa and beds were comfortable sleeping. Best experience for us, we will be back.

The room didn't look like the picture I saw online when I book the room.. The setup was similar, but the up keep on the appliances an furniture was not. We also was woke up about 4am by fire alarm that was going off in the entire hotel,which I guess cause use not to be able to use the elevator the next morning. Having to carry all our things down the stairs . Not at all a great experience at this hotel
