Holes in Bedding, Stains in bedding, Not clean

Water pouring down from the outlet of the bathroom fan right above the toilet suddenly around 10.30 pm and then the water dripping for at least half an hour and we were not able to use the toilet. The bathroom fan was not operational. When reported this incident to front desk and asked to change room, I was told no other room available. Also told me the maintenance stuff would come to check and make repairs, but no one showed up at all. The manager's attitude to handle this incident was bad because once he knew I had checked out already when I contacted him over the phone one day later ( he was not in the hotel when I checked out ) then he rejected to admit there was water pouring down and leaking in that bathroom even I showed the video recorded on my phone to the front desk stuff in the next morning and the manager was not willing to refund me for that water incident and not willing to resolve this issue.

It was just a really nice room Modern and clean

It was a little noisy at night but you could expect that for a saturday night

This property is very underrated. It was clean and comfortable and in good state. No DIY going on here.

Modern finishes, parking and ice machine were easy to access. The size of the room was large. The furnishings and lighting were adequate. The TV was a good definition

Towels I might do it very small and rough.

No coffee maker in the room

I got charged twice because thru bookings.com they preselected the wrong date, I need to figure out who to talk to get reimbursed
