Over all I loved everything .. the only thing it didn’t have blow dryer

There was not a hair dryer .. in the elvevator there is no sign you have to tap the card so the Elevator can proceed

honestly the only thing we liked was the jacuzzi tub

it was a horrible stay The front desk attendants I encountered were both very rude. not only that they also charged me 80$ and took it out of my deposit because we checked out an hour late when we called and asked for a late checkout. Because I put my bags in my car before coming to the office they added an additional charge for that time even though we had told the maid that we were done with the room. it was Valentine’s Day and you would think that the shower in the room would be decent by the way it looks but the water pressure was so horrible that it was literally like a drip coming out of the faucet. we didn’t bother complaining since we were there only for one night and checked in late but it was really just a horrible situation to go through and and was very disappointing to be treated the way my boyfriend and I was. Came to give this establishment another chance but they let me down and told me I was on the do not rent list … for what? Paying my fees for checking out late ? Putting up with the inconviences we had. I did not even cause a scene either I just got my deposit back and left. please explain to me why would this be because I would like to know. absolutely absurd

The hotel is well located and new

The staff do not care of the customers. There are weird people staying in there, like dealing drugs and homeless

Room was modern, lots of parking, felt secure.

Despite it being listed there was not laundrette on site which is why we booked this motel.
