Breakfast was awesome! Beds were comfy! Room was clean.

Pool and jacuzzi were not operational, very disappointing! A large group with many teams, very loud and noisy, yelling in halls and outside of rooms late at night, both nights. I complained and was told a Manager would contact me, never happened. Not happy!

We especially liked the Dove products in the bathroom.

The opaque curtains did not close all the way across the window, so the light from the parking lot was a little bothersome.

Your staff was fabulous, hotel was very clean and spacious and rooms were very comfortable.

We ate at the breakfast buffet, food was barely warm and very bland. Area around the food was a bit messy. Tables were cleared, but apparently not wiped down after each diner.

First of all, they took $30 extra out of my account without my knowledge. When I told the ladies at the front desk about it, they simply said that I would get it back in 7-10 days. “Free” Continental breakfast cost $13 and it’s the same thing that every other hotel gives you for free. Abra at the front desk told me I was wrong about other hotels giving free breakfast and manager Ray Alvarez was nowhere to be found.

perfectly close to Dulles, they offer airport parking and shuttle regardless of whether you’re a guest, lobby is lovely and spotless, room was perfectly comfy and clean — excellent place to ease the jitters before early morning international flight.

Well above expectations.

They advertise pet friendly, but they do not tell you it is $100 per pet. If you have a reservation that is non-refundable and have two pets, that is a steep price to pay. I would put on their web page "pet friendly (fee for pets) so a traveler could at least be prepared.

The breakfast was horrible. If it is was not included, I would have felt ripped off. This was not the traditional breakfast served at other holiday inns. The staff was rude and very unprofessional. Room was not really clean and very uncomfortable.
