Spent one night during the transit. Shuttle bus was on time both ways which was very important for me. The drivers were professional and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. There is no elevator but it wasn't an issue for me. I think overall the experience was worth what I paid for and I was very satisfied.

Room was ok. Beds and bathroom were clean. The little dining table, oddly crammed into the room, had dried evidence of young children having dined there at some point. Also, I specifically reserved and paid for a king size bed, but there were none when we checked in, so we were assigned a room with two double beds. If you arrive very late, there are no options for dining or drinking.

I was not told that the van picking me up at the airport would be a Holiday Inn van. I waited an hour and a half. There was no local Best Western telephone number, only a national who could not transfer to the local hotel. Unacceptable.

Not handicapped friendly. I got a. lot of hassle over my certified service dog. Very few handicapped parking places. Was placed on the first room away from services in a room was deemed compliant but was far from it. Caused me to cancel and now I am having a hard time getting my money back from Expedia to the tune of $612. Shame on this hotel and Expedia.

We always stay here when we’re in the Dulles area. The staff is great and we’ve never had a bad stay. They are currently doing some modifications as well

Property is old, dated, and under renovation. Noise is abundant and construction starts before 8 am, so if you want to sleep in, good luck. The front desk did not notify me of the construction when i checked in during the evening. To make matters worse they gave me a room adjacent to the construction zone. Definitely inquire before booking because the front desk does not care about your experience.

It took two calls to the front office (one after midnight and the other after 1AM) for the noise and loud talking outside my room door to stop, Even though I know there’s a security guard on the property. Everything else was really good.
